We know your special day is important to you and it is our goal to make you happy. You will find our work and service to be of the highest quality, on time and within the agreed budget
Wedding Décor Services
- A Deposit of 20% is required when you book a décor package. Another 30% is required 3 months before your wedding day.
- Remaining 50 % must be paid 2 weeks before your wedding or event date.
- Cancellation notice is required in writing (e-mail, fax) within a maximum of 3 weeks after the contract is signed or the first payment is forfeited.
- The customer is responsible for all damage to our property. A damage deposit is required.
Rentals
- A Deposit of 50% is required when you book rentals.
- Remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks before your wedding or event date.
- Cancellation notice is required in writing (e-mail, fax) within a maximum of 3 weeks after the contract is signed or the first payment is forfeited.
- The customer is responsible for all damage to our property. A damage deposit is required.
Pick-ups and Returns
- Rentals can be picked at 2:00 pm the day before your event day and returned no later than 2:00 pm the following day. A full rental will apply after 2:00 pm for each day the materials are not returned.
Wholesale Veils
- Your wholesale order will be completed or exchanged within 10 business days and shipped to you.
- The shipping charge is $10.00 inside Canada. If your order is over $250 we provide free shipping.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by e-mail info@weddingfinesse.ca within 5 business days from the delivery date and we will exchange your veils and ship them to you within the next 10 business days, or return your money
- Full payment is required prior to shipment.
- A 50% deposit is required when you order your veil or mantilla. The balance is due when you pick up your order (local customers). Online customers must pay 100% at the time the order is made.
- All retail sales and special orders and final.
